5 – PRODUCT TECHNICAL INFORMATION

All our products are made from high-temperature ceramics (stoneware) and handcrafted; the turning, detailing, and final glazing of each piece are done by hand; due to this, there may be inconsistencies in color, dimension, and shape which we do not consider as a defect but rather represent part of the piece's process making them unique.

You should handle each piece with care to keep it in optimal condition as durability will depend on it. All our high-temperature ceramics can be safely used in dishwashers, conventional ovens, microwaves, and freezers.

6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
