Shipping

For each sale made through this website we carry out the following procedure:

  • Purchase and payment confirmation.
  • Availability verification (stock) of the purchased piece(s).
  • Product packaging process.
  • Delivery to the transport company (Fedex, UPS or DHL).
  • Sending the tracking code to the buyer via email using the data provided at the time of purchase.
  • Confirmation of delivery received by the transport company.
  • Verification by the buyer of the condition of the merchandise.

The average delivery time for the Mexican Republic is 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and 3 to 15 business days for the United States.

Cancellations

Once your purchase is made, you will have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation or change(s) to the product(s); This request must be made by email (contacto@makario.com.mx) or via WhatsApp message at +52 664 851 4951. Please indicate your order number.

If you proceed with the cancellation, 100% of the total paid will be refunded. The time in which the amount will be reflected in your account will vary depending on the bank.

If your merchandise has been packaged and shipped, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
